Perception is not your problem. It is your gift.
There is a particular exhaustion that comes from being wired to perceive more than the world knows how to hold. I know this because I live it. Since 2007, I have been guiding sensitives, empaths, healers, and neurodivergent souls from overwhelm into grounded, embodied sovereignty.
Perception without grounding becomes overwhelm. Perception with regulation becomes clarity.
A nervous system wired for more.
I was born with rare congenital brain and heart differences that shaped a highly perceptive nervous system. For much of my life, the world felt intensely loud, bright, and emotionally saturated. Before I had language for neurodivergence, I simply knew that I did not fit conventional systems.
What I later came to understand is this: my nervous system was never defective. It was finely tuned.
I survived a traumatic childhood. I returned from multiple near-death experiences. Each threshold I crossed became an initiation, pulling back the veil between worlds and teaching me to navigate territories that many people only glimpse in dreams, crisis, grief, or awakening.
I learned early that healing is not about fixing what is broken. It is about remembering what was never lost.
From seeking to embodied sovereignty
For years I studied intuitive development, energy healing, numerology, and multidimensional perception. I worked in spiritual spaces, refined my intuitive gifts, and explored frameworks that could explain what I had always known.
Eventually, I stopped searching for labels. Psychic. Oracle. Intuitive. Healer. These describe abilities. They do not describe embodiment.
What emerged instead was integration. My work now supports embodied spiritual awakening: not amplification without grounding, not ascension without nervous system stability, but sovereignty rooted in coherence.
How I work
My practice weaves Unity Field Healing, Tantric and Pythagorean Numerology, Gene Keys, Kundalini Yoga, Sat Nam Rasayan, and somatic work into a single, coherent field of support. Each modality illuminates a different facet of the same truth: the body knows, the soul remembers, and integration happens in the field between the two.
I have worked with Dr. John Ryan, creator of Unity Field Healing, since 2014. In September 2017, John began initiating UFH practitioners. In October 2019, he began the monthly SBWC Ascension Transmissions. In March 2020, the transmissions and UFH Practitioner Training moved online to serve a global audience. In May 2025, John initiated the first UFH Practitioner Trainer certification.
The broader UFH training field has included in-person trainings in Rochester, New York; Sedona, Arizona; and Ottawa, Ontario, as well as online training for North America, UK/Europe, South Africa, Brazil, India, East Asia, and Australia/New Zealand. My own UFH teaching has been online exclusively to date, serving practitioners in North America, Germany, and Australia.
I do not work from scripts or templates. I sit with each person until something clarifies. The work is intimate, unhurried, and spacious enough to hold the complexity of who you actually are.
Three things I know to be true
You are not broken
Sensitivity is not a dysfunction. Perception is not a problem. The nervous system that overwhelms you is the same one that makes you extraordinary. It needs regulation, not suppression.
Embodiment is the work
Spiritual awakening without embodiment creates fragmentation. Insight without integration stays in the mind. The work is not about leaving your body. It is about coming home to it.
Coherence is available
When perception and regulation meet, sovereignty stabilises. You do not need to become more. You need to return to the coherent field that has always been underneath.
